Simply book your appointment to brew and then follow these simple steps to brew your own awesome beer.

• STEP 1
  Select your choice of brew from our extensive lists.
• STEP 2
  Collect your ingredients using the recipe sheet.
• STEP 3
  Let our trained staff take you through the brewing process. Enjoy the facilities whilst your wort brews (approximately 1 hour).
• STEP 4
  Our staff will transfer your brew to a fermenting keg and then you can pitch the yeast to begin the fermentation process. Your beer will take 2 weeks to ferment under the watchful eye of our staff.
• STEP 5 
  Make an appointment to return in two weeks to taste your beer and transfer to bottles or kegs. Our staff will have it filtered, gassed and ready for you to bottle.
• STEP 6
  Take home 6 cases of premium quality, hand crafted beer to enjoy!!
