Tasting Notes Akuna Brewery is proud to present our new flagship brands, Akuna Blue and Akuna Gold. Both are alcoholic ginger beers, Akuna Gold being a spicy ginger flavour and Akuna Blue having a more subtle ginger flavour with the added zing of fresh lemons. We have managed to maintain a fresh, preservative free approach to our brewing and are using real Buderim ginger and fresh lemon juice as well as keeping it all Australian. It was our aim to present something refreshing and lively that 'tastes' like the Northern Beaches and represents the best of Sydney life.
